Elizabeth Boudreau is the CEO of Wrapt Health and a healthcare executive with deep experience partnering with health systems to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes through technology. She previously spent eight years in senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), supporting healthcare providers in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Prior to AWS, Elizabeth held roles at Claritas Genomics, Boston Children's Hospital, HCA, and MEDITECH, bringing hands-on experience across clinical operations and healthcare IT.
Justin advises clients on cloud transformation strategy, technical architecture, and implementation planning. As a former AWS Principal Solutions Architect, he spent 10 years helping healthcare and public sector organizations oversee complex migrations, achieve compliance, and accelerate time-to-value. He has led rapid-turnaround technical bids, built executive-level prototypes, and developed operational roadmaps for regulated industries.
Will is a technology leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, architecting complex solutions on AWS, and partnering with executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategy. At AWS, he led the Public Sector Industry Products and Solutions Engineering team, driving the delivery of a portfolio of software products for sensitive, regulated workloads across government, education, medical research, and clinical operations.
