Do we need to complete the Practical AI Accelerator first?

No. Advisory stands on its own, and some organizations engage us for advice before they build anything. The Accelerator is our fixed-scope engagement for taking a first use case to production on a secure AWS foundation; many clients move from it into Advisory, but neither depends on the other.

How does the engagement work?

Advisory runs on a monthly retainer with regular meetings, typically weekly or biweekly, plus availability for ad hoc questions in between. There’s no fixed term. Some clients keep a standing retainer for years; others taper the cadence once their own team can carry the work.

Is advisory limited to agentic AI?

No. Most clients come to us for their agentic AI program, and that’s where we go deepest, but the retainer covers whatever is on your desk. That includes broader engineering management questions, and it includes how your own engineering organization adopts agentic tools. If a question calls for a structured evaluation rather than advice, our assessments cover that.
